THE ROYAL SOCIETY OF NEW SOUTH WALES

The Royal Society of New South Wales is one of the oldest learned societies in the southern hemisphere. Its main function is the promotion and furtherance of science.

The Society holds regular public meetings at which leading researchers explain the latest developments in all fields of science. RSNSW talks are varied, topical and informative. Visitors are always welcome to attend General Meetings of the Society.

The Society also publishes the Journal and Proceedings of the Royal Society of New South Wales. This is exchanged with 600 institutions in 50 countries worldwide, including eastern Europe, and in every state of the USA.

Membership of The Royal Society of New South Wales is open to any person interested in Science, Art, Literature or Philosophy.
