These talks are held at 6.15 pm. The venue for these lectures is The School Gate Hall, Gib Gate School, Old Bowral Road, Mittagong. Members and guests are welcome to attend a dinner after the meeting.

The Human Genome Project: Humanity's Future - Understanding our Genome
The Guest Speaker will be Professor John Shine, Executive Director of the Garvan Institute. Prof. Shine who recently delivered the address to the National Press Gallery, televised on ABC TV and who was the Society's Guest Speaker in October, will speak on the Human Genome Project: "Humanity's Future - Understanding our Genome".
